A lot of very complicated reactions occurred while reading this. I won’t moralize. I’m glad you didn’t spend your time moralizing either. You simply told the story (for the most part). Sometimes we don’t recognize predators because they present as unknowing and naïve. That’s why they make such good predators. Like a Venus fly trap, like a spider, they simply wait, because they do know, because they do have experience, because there is a power disparity. Thank you for you sharing.
