A somewhat surprising and interesting take. I find it fascinating that any person could read his catalog and willingly choose to only see the male narcissism in the writing. People pick and choose what they want to see where it's convenient. For certain artists we say oh it was the times and for other artists we say the times don't make it right. Fortunately for me, I don't take cues off anyone else.
