Are you a consultancy firm? I love this approach. I think people put wayyyyyy too much stock into Lean, Six Sigma, etc, and far too little stock into individuals who know how to innovatively problem solve. I think we hurt the human's most power tool, which is creation, when we consistently place people inside the boxes of pre-fabricated systems. Systems should be an extension of the people and not the other way around.
