I feel this. Riley, I'm just at a point in my life where balance is wayyyyy more important than 18% more money. After substance abuse struggles, mental health issues, etc. I don't need a bigger salary to find happiness. Now I create happiness where I am. Or do my best. But this definitely resonates right out the gate.
