I honestly wish more couples approached this as something to be experienced together. Obviously, it's the woman's biological shift, but then again, women also carry our children. I think men could benefit from educational experiences where they better learn what's occurring and how they can be support systems for their wives. There is no prosaic educational system teaching this. That 8th grade health class won't be enough.
