I may not be every man’s Rupi Kaur. I don’t want to be of ordinary milk and honey. But I know somewhere out there, almost certain, my book will be read correctly by a man who will see me beyond the sea of commercial poetry, filtered and pouting lips of romance novels and chick literature.
