I studied in Amman, and crossed to Israel several times while I was there. The whole region has a place in my heart. It's sad the division between Arab and Israeli. But let's also remember that there are a lot of divisions within the Arab world and the vitriol isn't everywhere. A lot going on right now, I hope people spend more time thinking and giving compassion, and less time jumping to conclusions and positioning.
