I’m enthralled by this healing process. Or this way of making sense of it all. The strength and solace you must have felt in creating that little world (your ideal home) must have been, I imagine, like I feel when my life careens out of control and I go to my characters and write their worlds. Suddenly I have control again. Suddenly I can be whoever I like.
