Lisa, a lot of heavy considerations here. I like that you're talking about this. Certainly suicidal ideation is no small or simple thing. At the same token, I think we would all be better off if we spent less energy on romanticizing mental illness like it's a badge of honor. It's also not shameful to feel emotion and work through practices of regulation and wellness. :)
